Who we are

Sour Note Games is an independent game studio. It isn't a registered company. Questions about this policy go to hello@sournote.games.

This website

This site has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Two things still see your visit:

• GitHub hosts the site and logs visitors' IP addresses for security. Its privacy statement covers that.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page opens.

Our games

Pickled isn't out yet. It keeps your saves, settings, unlocks and gameplay logs on your device and sends nothing to us. If that changes, this page will say so before it does.

If you email us

We keep your email so we can reply. We don't share it or add you to any list.

Stores and platforms

When you buy or download our games through Steam, the App Store or Google Play, that store handles your payment and account under its own privacy policy. We receive sales reports from them, not your payment details.

Children

Our games don't ask for personal data from anyone, children included. If a child under 13 has emailed us, tell us and we'll delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@sournote.games and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
